2. TAKE YOUR TIME If the land constraints give you a long list, add other criteria in order of importance.
3. REGISTER & MAKE A LIST You might like the look of one plan but prefer the floor plan of another. This is all useful information for us.
4. SIMPLER CHANGES Include adding an attached garage, adding a ground floor master, reversing a plan, and minor enlargements.
